2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you enter into the contact forms, waitlist, and investor information request forms: full name, email, phone number, selected model or interest, and the content of the message. We also store minimal technical metadata (date, origin page, and an anonymized IP fingerprint) to prevent abuse and duplicates.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your request, send you information about the project you have requested and, in the case of the investor form, share private documentation under NDA. The legal basis is your explicit consent by checking the box on the form and, where applicable, the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you.
4. Retention
We retain your data as long as there is a relationship of mutual interest or until you request its deletion. Investor form records are kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the private round.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use technical providers (hosting, database, and transactional email sending) who act as data processors under contract and with guarantees equivalent to the RGPD.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction, and data portability at any time by writing to info@marevayachts.com. You can also withdraw the given consent at any time and file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
